Tomato based, mildly spiced seafood creole gumbo.
Sweet Potato Pie
Short crust pastry with a savoury sweet potato filling, served with a cucumber and tomato salad.

Fried Chicken
Southern fried chicken, served w/ mash potato, coleslaw, corn succotash and comeback sauce.
BBQ Plate
Brisket in a Texan style barbeque sauce, pork ribs in a southern Carolina mustard sauce, served w/ greens, potato salad and corn bread.
Desserts:
Pecan Pie
A pie with a sweet buttery pastry bottom and a rich caramel pecan filling, served w/ chocolate bourbon sauce, vanilla dollop cream, and fresh strawberries
Peach Cobbler
Peaches baked with a buttery vanilla cookie topping, served w/ a Southern Comfort liqueur sauce, and cinnamon whipped cream

Lynchburg Lemonade – $17.95
Named after Lynchburg, Tennessee, home of the Jack Daniels distillery, this traditional blend of tart, refreshing and semi-sweet tastes is made with a combination of Jack Daniels, triple sec, lemon juice and lemon-lime soda. Served on ice in a tall glass.
