Crumbed pork loin served w/ a mushroom bacon sauce, broccoli and cauliflower gratin, sweet and sour braised cabbage
Beef Goulash
Beef cheek served in a mushroom, capsicum goulash sauce and potato dumplings
Desserts:
Frankfurt Crown Cake
A sponge cake that has been layered with raspberry jam and vanilla pudding buttercream, and coated with hazelnut brittle, served w/ a white chocolate Jagermeister sauce, almond butter, and fresh raspberries
Cream Puff
An airy crispy pastry case filled with sweetened vanilla cream, served w/ Kirsch-poached apples, a gingerbread caramel sauce, and cherry jelly

The German version of the classic Manhattan – a classy combination of brandy, Cinzano Vermouth Rosso & a dash of bitters, shaken with ice and served in a chilled cocktail glass
