Beetroot dumplings filled with salmon and topped with caramelised onions

Breaded pork cutlet fried and served with Bigos – a rich cabbage and sausage stew, roast beetroot salad, pickled cucumber and dill potatoes

Cabbage rolls with a beef filling baked in a tomato sauce, served with fried potato cakes, carrot and raisin salad, and Mizeria – fresh sliced cucumber with a dill cream dressing
Desserts:

Sweet yeast bread filled with rich poppyseed paste and topped with a glaze and candied orange and roasted walnuts with a whipped ginger-infused cream and stewed cherries
Sernik
Baked cheesecake made with farmers cheese and raisins, and a chunky biscuit base, served with raspberry compote and vanilla bean ice cream
